Activation Highlights

  • Supported execution of a large scale national motocross activation with attendance exceeding 30,000 guests over the two day period.

  • Assisted with on site event operations, activation setup, and live consumer engagement throughout the multi-day event.

Red Bull Outliers

  • Operated and managed the primary event vehicle during a live winter sports activation at Panorama Mountain Resort.

  • Supported live event execution through real-time troubleshooting of audio and technical systems in a challenging outdoor environment involving water and changing weather conditions.

  • Maintained close attention to course presentation and pool conditions to help ensure a safe, high quality athlete and spectator experience throughout the event.

  • Engaged directly with attendees during the activation, contributing to crowd energy, brand interaction, and overall event atmosphere.

  • Collaborated with event operations and field marketing teams to deliver a smooth consumer facing experience in a fast paced live setting.

SlopeSoakers

  • Supported live event execution during a large-scale international snowboard competition with attendance exceeding 16,000 spectators.

  • Assisted with live audio and DJ operations throughout the event, working in a high pressure environment where timing, coordination, and technical consistency were critical to the overall spectator experience.
